Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated July 27, 2026
This policy explains how deposits, refunds, and cancellations are handled for Siyahfy's design and development services. Specific terms for your engagement are set out in your proposal or agreement, which take precedence where there is any difference.
01Scope
This policy applies to project-based and subscription services purchased directly from Siyahfy. Third-party costs (such as hosting, domains, plugins, or payment fees) are non-refundable once incurred.
02Deposits and milestone payments
Projects typically begin with a deposit that reserves your slot and covers initial discovery and design work. Because this work starts immediately, deposits are generally non-refundable. Milestone payments cover work completed in each phase.
03Refund eligibility
- If we have not started work on your project, you may request a full refund of any amounts paid.
- If work has begun, refunds are limited to amounts paid for work not yet performed.
- Completed and delivered work, and any third-party costs already incurred, are non-refundable.
04Cancellations
You may cancel a project at any time by written notice. On cancellation, you agree to pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any prepaid amounts for work not yet performed will be refunded where applicable.
05Subscriptions and retainers
For ongoing support or retainer plans, you may cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Fees already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable, and services remain available until the end of that cycle.
06Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and could affect ongoing work.
07How to request a refund
To request a refund or cancellation, email [email protected] with your project details. We aim to review and respond to all requests within five business days.
