02Our services
Siyahfy designs and builds custom ecommerce websites and related backend systems. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of any project will be set out in a separate proposal or agreement.
03Accounts and eligibility
Where an account is provided, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into a contract.
04Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedules, and any deposits are described in your proposal or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the period specified. Late payments may result in paused work or additional charges.
05Project delivery and client responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on your cooperation. You agree to provide the content, access, feedback, and approvals we reasonably need. Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline.
06Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables transfers to you, except for any third-party components and our pre-existing tools, libraries, or know-how, which remain owned by their respective holders or by us.
07Third-party services
Our services may integrate third-party tools (for example payment, shipping, or analytics providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or performance.
08Warranties and disclaimers
Except as expressly stated, our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siyahfy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim.
10Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement as described in the applicable proposal. On termination, you agree to pay for work completed up to the termination date.
11Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Siyahfy operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
